Landowners and families deserve a real voice when major decisions affect homes, farms, roads, access, and long-term use of private property.

Transparency

Residents should be able to follow what is happening, why decisions are being made, and how public resources are being used.

Responsible stewardship

Good local leadership means thoughtful planning, careful budgeting, and respect for the land, water, and communities that make up this county.

Why this organization exists

Concerned Citizens of Pottawattamie County was formed to help residents stay informed, speak up, and work together when local decisions carry major consequences for families, rural communities, and the county’s future.

We are focused on civic awareness, community participation, and helping local voices be heard in a constructive, organized way.
